Our Funds Practice team specialises in a full range of audit, tax and advisory services for the financial services and funds sector. Funds, by nature, often involve complex and multi-jurisdictional structures, with funds managers and investors based in different locations around the world.

Our clientele operates all types of alternative investment vehicles and traditional investment funds. This includes hedge funds, fund-of-funds, venture capital, private equity funds and private real estate funds. Additionally, they also deal with public and privately pooled investment vehicles, open-end registered investment companies (e.g. mutual funds) and closed-end funds.

We have dedicated partners with extensive expertise in serving clients across multiple jurisdictions. The team has managed the audit assignments of 50 hedge funds and private equity funds domiciled in Singapore, Cayman Islands and the BVI, as well as the statutory audit of over 50 fund managers in Singapore. The net asset value of these funds is approximately S$3 million, with the largest fund at about S$180 million.
