What is Computer/ Digital Forensics?
Computer or digital forensics is a scientific method to gather facts and evidence from electronic data retrieved from computer systems and digital devices. The forensic process may include search and seizure, recovery, imaging, collection, examination, analysis and reporting. |
We offer digital forensics and electronic data recovery services to corporations and individuals. Digital forensics services can be deployed to meet objectives like simple recovery, investigation or litigation.
Are you facing these challenges?
Misuse of electronic data
A former employee may have gained unauthorised access and obtained confidential information in the office. He / She could alter the information to the detriment of your company.
Private Investigation
You assist individuals and companies to uncover facts and solve issues using digital intelligence and clues.
Whilst working in your client’s premises, you suspect that important information may have been deliberately hidden or removed from computers and electronic storage devices. You wonder if you could have missed any important information and as such, would like to verify.
You may also want to conduct surveillance or search in an electronic computing environment, for example, monitoring and observing a subject’s activities while he is reading his emails, even from a remote computer.
Electronic Data Recovery
You may have accidentally deleted important data from your computer, or some information may be hidden, altered or removed by a rogue employee.
You may also want to know where your child has been to in the cyber-world and who he/ she has been chatting with, but it seems like the computer has been ‘cleaned up’. As an anxious parent, you wish that someone is able to help you discover ‘those secrets’.
How can we help?

We are able to perform the following:
- Investigate unauthorised access into computer systems and materials, and misuse of computer systems
- Track activities of a computer user, and examine the history of activities
- Verify any act of unauthorised access, intention to commit or misuse of computer systems
- Recover electronic data like electronic mails or digital images, and files history that may have been deleted or concealed, accidentally or intentionally
Our team of professionals are formally trained and are constantly kept up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and forensics.
Our Approach
Our Approach is to preserve the original state of the electronic data, as the data and its admissibility may be called upon in court.
We begin with the preservation and documentation of data during all search and seizure, using industry accepted tools. We do not work on original data. We work on custodian copies of the acquired data to support our examination and analysis. As such, we maintain a chain of custody of all evidence throughout the process. Treating all cases with confidentiality, we focus on independent fact finding, and the final output of straightforward and concise reports for our clients (who include investigators, legal counsels and judges).
