2. CLSF only collects information that is voluntarily provided by users of our site.

3. Strict confidentiality procedures for safeguarding information are in place to ensure that only authorised staff have access to user information.

CLSF will only use personally identifiable information to respond to users’ requests and to provide information about CLSF's services, unless permission is obtained to use the personal information for other purposes. If CLSF uses the personal information to send materials on other CLSF services, users are given the option to opt-out of receiving such materials.
