Weng Keen joined Chio Lim Stone Forest in January 2009 as an audit partner. Prior to joining the firm, Weng Keen was with the Singapore and China offices of Ernst & Young, which he joined immediately after graduating from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Weng Keen’s professional experience includes providing audit and assurance services to public companies listed on the Singapore Exchange, subsidiaries of multi-national corporations listed overseas, statutory boards in Singapore and emerging Singapore companies. These entities are in various industries – telecommunication (mobile service operator), power (electricity generator and retailer, and electricity market operator), utilities, logistics, oil and gas, industrial products, technology, retail, consumer products and construction. Weng Keen was also the senior manager responsible for initial public offering assignments of companies seeking listings on the Singapore Exchange and financial due diligence for merger and acquisition transactions.
Weng Keen is proficient in English and Mandarin. He is a member of the firm’s China Practice Group which specialises in assisting companies based in China seek listings on the Singapore Exchange.
