Background & Achievements

Li Lian started her accounting career as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand, Singapore (predecessor firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers) from 1990 to 1992. She then moved on to a commercial retail firm whose parent company is in Hong Kong. In 2002, she took on the role of General Manager in charge of the entire business operations in Singapore, reporting to the head office. She was responsible for the smooth operation of the back-end office support such as warehousing, administration, HR, finance, IT and front-end retail operations, which includes sales, merchandising and marketing activities.

Li Lian joined the firm as a Senior Manager in the Managed Services & Staffing division and was promoted to Director in October 2008. She manages the business operations where she is responsible for staff training, sales and marketing and client servicing.
