| Victor has over 20 years of public accounting experience, 10 of which were spent in KPMG and 5 in Mazars/Moores Rowland. He also has 8 years of commercial accounting experience with local conglomerate Singapore Technologies, Wang Computers and Keppel Securities.
Victor's audit experience at KPMG included businesses in the financial services sector such as banks, insurance companies, stock-broking firms and fund management companies, as well as several listed non-financial companies. In 2006, he joined Moores Rowland (which merged with Mazars) and was made a partner in early 2007. During his stint at Mazars, he was the reporting accountant for 2 IPOs in Singapore and was the partner in charge of several insurance and listed companies. Victor was also Head of Accounting and Training in the firm, responsible for overseeing the audit leadership and firm-wide training. He was also in charge of firm-wide monitoring of quality controls, internal reviews and reporting to the Mazars Global Risk Management Central team. Victor currently serves as a member of the Auditing and Assurance Standards committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore, and also provides training in the Practice Monitoring Program administered by ICPAS/ACRA. |
