| Joyce has more than 19 years of assurance and consultancy experience which includes internal audit, compliance testing and special reviews, Control Self Assessment (CSA) facilitation, special investigation and training. Joyce has extensive client servicing experience in various industries which include retail, manufacturing, trading and distribution, technology, automotive, ordnance, aerospace, engineering, marine and electronics. Her overseas experience covered Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, USA, Australia and New Zealand.
Joyce is actively involved in and is fully conversant in the introduction of CSA programmes and CSA frameworks development. Various organisations have benefited from her expertise and assistance in establishing their CSA frameworks in the past 3 years. Joyce had worked with Singapore Technologies Pte Ltd, Cycle and Carriage and PSA. |
