Background & Achievements

Doreen joined the corporate advisory division of the firm and has been involved in business planning, corporate restructuring, and corporate finance advisory projects. She is experienced in pre-listing review and advisory work and has led in the successful listing of several companies on the Singapore Exchange.

Doreen is also experienced in the financial advisory aspect of mid-market mergers and acquisitions transactions, comprising buy-side, sell-side and merger mandates involving both corporate and private equity firms. She was closely involved in the advisory and execution of several cross border mergers & acquisitions transactions as well as valuations ranging from $10 million to $150 million.

Prior to joining the firm, Doreen has 12 years of experience in the commerce and banking sectors.
