Background & Achievements

Khen Seng joined RSM Chio Lim in June 2010 as a senior audit manager and was promoted to audit director in October 2010. He focuses on audit and assurance services and his portfolio ranges from public listed companies, hedge funds to emerging Singapore companies. He is also involved in other non-audit related engagements such as litigation support assignments.

Khen Seng joined PricewaterhouseCoopers upon his graduation. His professional experience covers a diversified portfolio of public and privately owned clients including the Singapore Exchange, banks, hedge funds, asset management companies and subsidiaries of multinational companies. He has also been actively involved in Sarbanes Oxley (“SOX”) reviews, accounting advisory and financial due diligence for merger and acquisition transactions in Singapore, Korea and Indonesia. Prior to joining RSM Chio Lim, he was with a local bank as a vice president overseeing the group’s financial reporting team who is responsible for the group’s consolidation and financial reporting process.
