Background & Achievements

Abuthahir joined as a Director of Stone Forest Corporate Advisory in 2010. He has over 20 years of experience specializing in corporate restructuring, corporate recovery, litigation support, business valuations, due diligence and financial reviews. His previous work experience spans diverse industries including construction, automobile, commodities trading, retail and publishing.

Abuthahir has also managed insolvent construction companies as well as the receivership and liquidation of a precast manufacturer.

Some of his notable work includes the debt restructuring of a large distributor of electronic products with debt in excess USD $250 million. He was also involved in the Judicial Management of a large edible oil manufacturer with annual turnover in excess S$300 million.
