| Requirements: |
. |
Diploma and above in IT-related courses or CCNA/MCSE certifications preferred |
. |
Min. 2 years’ experience in independently installing/configuring & troubleshooting Microsoft products running on PCs & Servers; installation & configuration of Lotus Notes Server & Clients |
. |
Min. 1 year’s experience in helpdesk support; onsite networking & hardware support in an SI environment; project implementation for servers & desktops; project management; client servicing, preferably in SMEs |
. |
Good command of English (written & spoken) and Mandarin |
. |
Good time management |
. |
Proactive, energetic and good team player |
