It has come to the Liquidators’ attention that some members of the public may have been given the impression that the Liquidator’s are collecting “auditing” and/or “administrative” fees from businesses that are accepting transfers of SSPL customer’s packages.
Please note that this is not true. The Liquidators are not collecting any payments from any businesses in relation to the transfer of SSPL customer’s packages.
All redemption/transfer offers have been extended by the businesses of their own accord and without consultation with the Liquidators.
Members of the public should seek independent advice in deciding if they wish to accept these offers or for the payment of any fees.
