If you have purchased tickets through ticketing agents such as Sistic, Groupon, Qoo10 and Singtic, you may wish to contact the respective ticketing agents directly for further details on refunds.
For those who had purchased tickets from Fatfish Entertainment directly
The Provisional Liquidators will be reviewing the Company's accounts. At this juncture, based on the Company’s financial position, it would appear that the funds available may not be sufficient to meet all liabilities of the Company. Consequently, it is unlikely that there will be a full refund.
The Company will be holding a creditors’ meeting by the end of November 2013 and will present the Company’s financial position in further detail at the said meeting.
The Notice of Creditors' Meeting is expected to be sent to creditors, including parties who have purchased tickets directly from Fatfish Entertainment, a week before the meeting.
The Notice of Meeting will include instructions to file any claims.
In the meantime, we seek your patience to wait for the Notice if you have a claim against the Company. Thank you for your understanding.
